By booking services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Services Description

Services may include:

  • Commercial Moving
  • Long-Distance Moving
  • Freight Services
  • Specialty Logistics
  • Packing & Unpacking
  • Labor-Only Services

3. Booking and Contract Formation

  • Estimates are generally non-binding unless stated otherwise.
  • Jobs are not confirmed until written confirmation is issued.
  • Customers must review all service documents for accuracy.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing Models

Pricing may be:

  • Hourly
  • Flat Rate
  • Weight-Based
  • Volume-Based
  • Per Item

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Certified Funds

Payment Due

  • Local Moves: Due upon completion.
  • Long-Distance Moves: As specified in service documents.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 48-hour advance notice is required.
  • Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations.
  • Waiting time charges may apply.
  • Company may reschedule due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Arranging parking and access
  • Proper packing (unless purchased)
  • Preparing appliances and electronics
  • Maintaining safe work conditions
  • Being present during pickup and delivery

7. Company Responsibilities

The Company will:

  • Exercise reasonable care
  • Provide professional crews and equipment
  • Communicate scheduling updates
  • Maintain safe operations

8. Liability & Insurance

  • Company is bonded and insured.
  • Additional valuation coverage may be available.
  • Standard liability may be limited to $0.60 per pound per article unless otherwise agreed.

9. Damages & Claims Procedure

Customers should:

  • Inspect items upon delivery
  • Report damage promptly
  • Submit written claims within 90 days
  • Provide supporting documentation

10. Prohibited Items

The Company may refuse transportation of:

  • Hazardous Materials
  • Explosives
  • Illegal Items
  • Live Animals
  • Perishable Goods
  • Cash
  • Jewelry
  • Firearms
  • Valuable Documents

11. Property Damage

Claims for property damage should be reported immediately.


12. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.


13. Intellectual Property

All company trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of Mighty Movers Logistics LLC.


14. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.


15. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from customer actions or violations of these Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.


17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be resolved through:

  • Good-Faith Negotiation
  • Binding Arbitration (where applicable)
  • Small Claims Court

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Service Documents constitute the entire agreement between the parties.


19. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
